Logging In

  1. Login to Parent Portal with their parent portal username and password. Here is the link for the parent portal - https://ttps://sis.aps.k12.co.us/campus/portal/aurora.jsp

They will see the link for the Student Check-in System in the index.

  1. Parents can also use the following link to access the Student Check-in System -https://webapps.aps.k12.co.us/StudentCheckin/welcome.asp. They will need to provide their email address that is in Infinite Campus and the StudentID and Date of Birth for a student that they are a guardian off.

Students who can be checked in

Parents will see their students who are enrolled in APS neighborhood schools in the Student Check-in System. Students who have a primary line of enrollment at Charter Schools, Options are excluded from this process and will not be listed the Check-in System.

Information for Schools:

  1. The district will sent a message to parents on July 9th, July 17th and July 24th reminding them to complete the check-in process online.
  2. You can run an Ad Hoc query in Infinite Campus to identify students who have not been checked-in and send the parents a reminder using school messenger.   Here are the steps:
  • Generate a list of students in Infinite Campus
  • Upload the list of students to School Messenger and send a message to the parents of the students
