On Tuesday, April 9th, 2019, all 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students will participate in the College Board's SAT exams.
9th grade students will take the PSAT9, while 10th grade students will take the PSAT10. Both exams are designed with the grade level students in mind, and are aimed at showing the students if they are on track for college readiness, and if not, which subject matters they need more guidance on.
11th grade students will be participating in the SAT. This exam is used by college admissions boards to determine the overall academic level of the testing student.
Parents- Please encourage your student to get a good night's rest the evening before, as well as eat a healthy, filling breakfast the morning of. Also, please encourage your student to try their best on the exam, highlighting the importance of this test on their future academics.
Students are required to be in their testing rooms by 7:30am, any students arriving after will not be allowed access to the testing room. Students who disrupt the testing environment in any way will be dismissed from testing and will not be allowed to make the exam up.
Exam results will be posted on the student's CollegeBoard.org account around mid-June.
