To the wonderful Vista PEAK community,
I am excited to begin our work together this year as your new principal. I am also happy to report that my wife gave birth to our wonderful new daughter, Zoe, on
June 28th. She arrived 12 days late, weighed 7 pounds 13 ounces, is happy and healthy, and we are grateful for our new addition to the Maclin family.
As we are getting her acclimated to her new home and routines, I would like to do the same by meeting and engaging with my new Vista PEAK family. Therefore, I will
be hosting a few meet and greet opportunities for stakeholders next week. The purpose of these meetings will be to allow the opportunity for families and
community members to meet me informally, understand my philosophy as a leader, and ask questions or express any concerns about the future of Vista PEAK
Preparatory for my leadership team to consider.
Next week’s meet and greets will be completely informal and is open to any Vista PEAK stakeholder who is interested. The opportunities are as follows:
Wednesday, July 11th , 9-11am, VP PWR Room
Thursday, July 12th , 9-11am, VP PWR Room
Friday, July 13th , 5:30-7:30pm, Murphy Creek Tavern
Communication, both internal and external, is a priority of mine as a leader. With these initial opportunities for family and community engagement, it is my goal to
strengthen lines of communication so that our stakeholders know that their voice is valued and necessary in order for us to work together to best serve the needs of
each of our young Bison of Vista PEAK Preparatory moving forward.
I look forward to seeing those who can make it. For anyone who cannot, I look forward to meeting with you in the near future.
We are Brilliant. We are Bison Strong. We are Vista PEAK.
