Viviana Martinez

V. MartinezMrs. Viviana Martinez is the Spanish Teacher for Spanish natives speaking students at Vista Peak Preparatory. This is her ninth year teaching and her second at Vista Peak. Viviana was born and raised in Santiago of Chile. Viviana’s teaching vocation was developed since she was very young; she attended the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile majored in Secondary Education and Spanish.

She lived in Miami, Florida and worked as Web Operations Manager for Americatel Corporation leading a web portal dedicated to reach U.S. Hispanics.

After moving to Denver she attended Regis University and graduated with a degree of Master in Bilingual Education: Teaching the Linguistically Diverse. She worked in the field of education as Spanish and English teacher in a dual-language school, Director of Admissions, Graduate Support Director, and Spanish teacher in Middle and High School.

Viviana is married and she is a grateful mother of five beautiful children, her life is full of love, energy and creativity
