Hello, my name is Grant Pippert. This will be my third year at Vista Peak and my 9th year in education. I grew up in the small town of Keystone, Iowa and have lived in Colorado since 2008. I received my BA from the University of Northern Iowa in Social Science Education and my MA from Concordia University of California Irvine in Coaching and Administration. I am excited to be teaching Psychology and US History this year. Teaching has been a lifelong passion of mine and I feel blessed each and every day to be doing what I love! I am also blessed to be have the opportunity to be the Head Baseball Coach and Defensive Backs Coach for football at Vista Peak Prep. This will be my 2nd year as the head coach in baseball after 9 years of being an assistant coach in football, basketball, baseball and track.
Outside of school I have an amazing wife, a one year old son Nyle, an adopted son Anthony, and two dogs (Ryly and Tupac). Anthony will be a red-shirt Sophomore and is projected to be the a starting WR for the University of Sioux falls. I have many passions outside of teaching and coaching such as: The Iowa Hawkeyes, playing video games, snowboarding, golfing, and being a supportive husband and a loving father.
