Sean Cahill

I’m Sean Cahill and I could not be happier to be joining the Vista PEAK team for my first year.

This is my first full year at Vista Peak Prep although I have been with the school since January so I already know how great the working environment and community is within the school. I attended Parkway South High School in Manchester, Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Secondary English Education from the University of Kansas.

Before joining the Vista Peak staff I worked as a Math Fellow for Denver Public Schools as well as working as a guest teacher for Adams-12 County Schools, Aurora Public Schools, and select charter schools within Denver. I will be teaching 9th grade.

I encourage students to go beyond the surface and ask critical questions; become deep thinkers and great readers and writers along the way; to understand that one’s own education is a life-long journey.

In my free time I love to read, write, drum, paint, listen to and go see live music, be outside at the park, and go root for the St. Louis Cardinals and KU basketball when I can.
